After twice being pulled out for secondary imspection, I wrote to the relevant U.S. authorities and my wife and I were given redress numbers.
So here's my first question. Has anyone found that redress numbers actually work (i.e. you didn't get pulled out for a secondary inspection)? And when we next fly into the U.S., will the first immigration officer we see be able to access our redress numbers and, if they're OK, allow us to proceed or is checking redress numbers something that can only be done at secondary inspections?
