Has anyone stayed in these units long term? We are looking for all of Feb & 1/2 of March. What is the weather like & how clean& safe is the pool & property? Gated? Thanks!

For long term I would look at Key Colony Beach. Most rentals there are duplex. Most are updated (but not all). Make sure you get Cabana Club membership. Most are complete with washer / dryer, some have bikes. Key Colony Beach is inside of Marathon but has its own police dept., post office, small golf course, playground, etc. Nice safe area.
