I like Kermit's too. It's nice to get a piece and relax in the shop's cool little tropical-like patio at the location on the corner of Green and Elizabeth streets.

Blue Heaven or Salute (same pie since same owners) is my favorite but DH made it a point to have a Kermit's chocolate dipped pie on a stick every day that we were there on our last trip and then got another one on the way out of town!

I totally agree with Valerinanj and Annmelissa - Steve's Authentic Key Lime Pie in Red Hook, Brooklyn is just fabulous....and you have the added bonus of a super view of the Statue of Liberty!
