Looks like a beautiful place from the outside. Haven't been on the inside. Beautiful grounds, beach and great location.

My Family stayed there about a month ago. Our Condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The only complaint I had was that the hot tub was being worked on for a few days and we were not allowed to use the pool after sun down. We basically had the beach in front of the Tides to ourselves.

What is a ballpark figure for a week at Tides Beach Club? Also, some suggestions for contacting someone to rent there. Thanks!

Weekly rentals are prohibited at the Tides Beach Club in N. Redington Beach. (Are we talking about the same place?) The Condo Association dictates a minimum rental of 30 days.

Now there are probably owners that have found a loophole or only rent one week a month? Or just haven't been caught?

If the rules have changed at the Tides Beach Club I would love to know. Last I heard they were going to try to change the regulations to increase the minimum stay to 90 days.

Send me a private message and I can send you contact info on some owners that offer monthly rentals.
