I hope some of this might help:
1. I'm going to assume that you would like to stay close to the airport, since you will only be in Ft. Myers for the night. There are quite a few hotels located very close to the airport and to I-75 as well. I'm drawing a blank (sorry!) on which ones at the moment, but I believe there is another post on this forum with those hotels listed.
2. Due to the arrival time of your plane, after collecting your bags and getting your rental car, your choice of restaurants will be limited. Most close at 10-11pm, so you will need to hurry. I would try the Gulf Coast Town Center (turn left as you exit the airport, and it will be a few miles down on the right). There are quite a few places to eat there. I looked on their website, but could not find any hours listed for the restaurants. I'm pretty sure that the Ale House is open later than 11pm. They are a decent chain, and I know they have fish on the menu, along with reasonable prices. I wish I could suggest something better, but I'm just thinking of the time constraints. You will not need reservations. Also remember that you will be in the Keys shortly, where there are plenty of wonderful places to eat!
3. As far as wine; are you flying to the Keys or driving? If you are driving, then I would suggest "Total Wine". It is a huge store with an incredible selection of wines at all price ranges (at the moment, I am trying to avoid shopping there, since I always spend way too much money!). Directions (I will start from the airport): Turn right as you exit the airport, and follow road until you see signs for Daniels/ I-75 (this is a major intersection, you will not miss it). Turn left (onto Daniels) and stay on Daniels for about 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic). Right before the intersection of Daniels and U.S. 41/Tamiami Trail, there will be a set of lights with the Bell Tower Shoppes on your right, and another shopping plaza on your left. Turn left into the plaza, and the Total Wine will be around the corner. You cannot miss it. I think they open at 10 am. If this does not work for you, some ABC Liquor stores have halfway decent wine selections, but I think your best bet would be Total Wine.
I will keep an eye out for restaurant hours if I am over that way in the next few days, and pass along anything helpful. I hope some of this was helpful, and enjoy your trip!
