those apartments are only for patients that are admitted to the hospital. Our situation is that we are going to be in & out of the hospital is for evaluation and treatment.

I can't speak to the apartment itself but the area is very secure. Biltmore Way merges into "Miracle Mile", the main street of Coral Gables. You are across the street from a small golf course and a very upscale residential area. It is a quick drive to the hospital. I assume you have a car.
