Is there an inexpensive way to get to the Hyatt in Coral Gables from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. Is it feasible to take the tri-rail to Miami, then the metrorail to the Vizcaya station, or would it be a long, long ride? Does anyone know if the Hyatt has a shuttle pickup at the Miami airport? Perhaps I could just take the tri-rail to Miami airport and get picked up by the Hyatt shuttle if there is one. Help?
This would be an amazing long ride -and the Viscaya station is still a ways from the hotel. You would need a taxi or something. Have you looked into a one-way car rental? There's an Avis at the Sears about 5 blocks from the hotel. Better yet, there's a Hertz inside the hotel. The Super Shuttle would be another option if you only have one person travelling.
