Is the large, family friendly seafood restaurant at Ruddertown in Dewey still open? I had heard they had damage from Sandy and now on their webiste site it seems to be a Mexican restaurant. I gather the separate, more bar-like Rusty Rudder restaurant is still open.

Delaware Tourism Office What's this?

The seafood restaurant that (I think) you're referring to is called The Cove. It used to be called Crabbers Cove. Yes - it is still there and survived the storm! In fact, all of the restaurants(Lighthouse/Rusty Rudder/Que Pasa) in Ruddertown survived the storm! Que Pasa (the mexican restaurant you're referring to above) is located next door to the Cove. I hope this helps! :)
