Hi-

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with homes in the Villages of Five Points community. My wife and I have decided to relocate the family down to Lewes. We currently are hoping to sign a contract with Gemcraft Homes at the Villages of Five Points this coming weekend.

We've been doing some research and found some pretty negative things about Gemcraft at an opinion website (looks like posts from one person though) and also a few complaints about them at the local better business bureau which were settled.

My wife and I really like the community so far. It has so many ammenities that we are looking for tennis, shopping, pool, and close distance to the beach. We are new to buying new construction. I'm hoping anyone here could chime in with experiences at this community and/or builder.
