We are headed to Beaver Creek in a few weeks with our 3 kids (12, 10, 10). We are staying in a hotel (mini-fridge, no kitchen) in the village. We will not be renting a car. Are there any good cheap-eats? We plan to bring in groceries for quick breakfasts, sandwiches and snacks, but are hoping to find some affordable dinner options.

You definatly pay more for everything within the resort. SO> if you can get OUT, you'll find more> In Avon there is WalMart, a Grocery store & many lesser expensive restaurants. Avon is serviced by bus.
Across the street from the West Lot there is a Mexican Restaurant called Agave> you can take the Beaver Creek shuttle to the West lot & just walk across the street.
Within the resort, Blue Moose Pizza is probably the least expensive.
Groceries are outrageous within the resort so get them in Avon if at all possible.

I just saw in the paper today that City Market is offering home delivery in the area. I don't know anything about the service yet, but here's a link:
Blue Moose pizza was great, but the wait is long. Why? Because they're packed (nice problem to have). The restaurant is located next to the skate rental. They're basically in a great location and you can't miss it. Expect to wait 45 minutes for a pizza. Try to go at off peak times during the day, say at 3pm before the crowd hits. At night the skating rink area comes alive with music, and lots of people hanging out. You could also order food to go from this location and wait in your room until it's ready. Or some combination of eating in your room, and hanging out in the village.
