We would like to reserve a campsite that accomadates a 35 foot RV, Can a 29 foot trailor reserve that spot?

Yes, you can fit a 29' trailer in a spot that is large enough to fit a 35' RV and you won't be tossed out because your rig is too small.

Did you look at the photo of the campsite you're considering? They're actually pretty nice pictures. yosemitecampsites.com/wawona/

Here is a description of a 35' RV site. It happens to be Site #10
