Where to stay in Northstar area

I am trying to decide where to stay in Northstar. I am having problem finding maps of the area. Found the village map on Northstar at Tahoe website and using google maps but i'm trying to put it in perspective.

My decision is between a condo rental on Martis Landing (which seems its pretty isolated) or a location on Northstar drive near Highway 267. Last option is located on Coyote Fork near Northstar Dr.

I've mapped it on goggle maps and the difference in distance is negligible.

Any advice?

Thank you, this is helpful.

Martis Landing doesn't look as far an isolated as i originally thought.

I see that Coyote Fork is in the Ski Trails area, up the mountain and seems much closer in this view

Aside from the amenities that each option offers, is there any obvious advantage to the 3 locations?

I'd go Coyote Fork. Much less walking and hauling of gear.
