Temecula has ideal weather in October and November. September is still a little warm, but very nice and you can enjoy California Wine Month. Temecula Wine Country is celebrating with Sip Passports, which are five tastings at any of the 30+ participating wineries any day during the month. Many of the hotels are offering special rates and a 2-for-1 Sip Passport with Sunday – Monday stay, www.VisitTemecula.org/SipPassports for details. In early October we have our Quilt Show featuring hundreds of quilts displayed throughout Old Town creating a unique, colorful autumn display, www.VisitTemecula.org/QuiltShow for more information. Pechanga has comedy and live music, including Smokey Robinson August 3rd @ 8pm. Visit www.Pechanga.com/tickets/Online to view upcoming entertainment.

We are a non-profit visitor information entity - call 1-888-363-2852 for any questions or go to www.VisitTemecula.org.

DieHard, as part of California Wine Month, there is another major wine country event called CRUSH, which is on Sep 15th at Callaway Winery. It's a Culinary Showcase featuring the wines of many of the local wineries. It is a great event - I never miss it. You'll also find that many of the wineries, particularly Wilson Creek, South Coast, Thornton, Callaway, and Wiens, often have concerts or other fun events. The Winegrowers Association keeps a pretty good calendar of these. Contact them at 800 801-9463 for details about CRUSH and other wine country events.

temeculawines.org is a great source of information about the area. There's a link to CRUSH and you can purchase tickets on line here also.
