Hi All,
Going to Stockton from San Bernardino next week. What's the recommended route? I-5 or I-99? I'll be travelling north on Friday, early morning. P.S. I HATE driving I-5, but will do so if recommended.

I've done both on a semi-regular basis. There is more to see on highway 99 and the time difference is really not that different. Highway 99 may take a little longer, soif you're not in a huge rush, take 99.
