anyone ever rented the "Banyan Tree" house in Seal Beach? I found it on VRBO. The comments sound great. We've rented with VRBO at least 20 times with no problems but I haven't received the contract we agreed to and it's been a few days, they're usually emailed or faxed immediately. Just a bit concerned.
