Affordable transportation from LAX to San Juan Capistrano

Arriving at 6 am into LAX. What is the most economical way to get to San Juan Capistrano or John Wayne Airport. Open to public transportation, bus, train, shuttle.

Check http://www.shuttleone.net/ as they offer ground transportation from LAX to Anaheim locations so could drop you off at SNA. Also check http://www.lawa.org/welcome_lax.aspx?id=1240

A bit late. You can take the fly away bus to union station in Los angeles then the train to San Juan Capistrano. $7.00 for bus to Union,and the train fare is less on metro link than it is on Amtrak,both offer senior discount.
