PF Chang's is at San Fernando Street and 2nd Street, a couple of blocks further than the restaurants I named earlier. You'd walk past those on 1st Street until you got to San Fernando, then turn to your right onto San Fernando and go another block. It would be across the street.
I just ate there for the first time since that chain started popping up, and it was underwhelming, IMHO. I had been avoiding it all this time because I suspected as much. It was selected by my team from work, so that's how I ended up there.
The E&O Trading Co., which is not Chinese, but a fusion, is much better. It's slightly closer, at 1st and San Fernando streets. Just as stylish and food is good, especially their corn fritters (I know, sounds weird, but they are great and I love them. Your kids would, too!).
