Not that I know of... a bus runs down Colorado Blvd, but taking it will only save you about .5 mile of walking. You'd need to walk from Orange Grove and Colorado to the stadium.

It is a pleasant 1.75 mile walk from the station to the Rose Bowl; it is uphill coming out of the ravine on the way back. On the other hand you might be carrying a lot of stuff. If so, I suppose you could call a cab for the ride back to the station.
