That's a drag! You could try to catch some Z's at the terminal. It'll be absolutely dead there at that time of night. Unfortunately there aren't any comfy sofas to nap on.

Alternatively, you could hop in a taxi and head out for a drink. That will only keep you occupied until 2 AM, but that might be what you're looking for. I suggest heading over to Park Street in Alameda. It's the closest business district to the airport that has a good selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. (Although only the bars will be open at that hour!)

Consider going to Lucky 13 (http://www.yelp.com/biz/lucky-13-alameda) or the Hobnob (http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-hobnob-alameda) for a drink. La Penca Azul (www.yelp.com/biz/la-penca-azul-alameda-4) serves acceptable Mexican food until 3 AM, so you could grab a bite to eat after you get a drink.
