Raleys' is a well-known supermarket chain which should suit you very well. Safe Mart is more of a budget chain and the merchandise will not be up to the standards you are looking for, IMO.

Agree with going to Raleys for what you are looking for.

Save Mart is great if you are looking for lower cost canned goods, vegetables, but their meats tend to be on the lower end side, and not prime choice.

Raley's is better as Puter has already pointed out. They also tend to have better deli foods. (note: Exception is that Save Mart does have some great enchiladas in their deli area which we love to heat up in the microwave for a quick dinner.)
