Outlet shopping?

Hi. I will appreciate if someone could tell me if I have a good outlet mall near Newport Beach, or within the road between Los Angeles International Airport and Newport.

I have read Citadel is very nice but unfortunately way out the area.

Outlets at Orange are the closest to Newport Beach -- about 20 minutes away.

The only outlet mall as Cats says is the Outlets at Orange, but not too far is the Metro Pointe at South Coast that has some outlet and discount stores like Nordstrom Rack, Loehmann's, Marshalls, DSW Shoes and more.
