No idea. Also bring a map for this route. Gps not always reliable in the desert. In 29Palms you'll find a lot of murals.

You don't have to drive all the way to the town of JT to enter JTNP.It would be a much nicer drive to enter at the north entrance at 29 Palms and drive over thru the park to Hidden Valley. You will backtrack to head down to the south exit, but the scenery is nice.

For gas, you can get it at Baker $$,Cima Road at I-15 $$,Primm, Amboy$$, and 29 Palms.

Fuel is expensive there but definitely stop in Amboy for Roy's Cafe. That''s an R66 icon although the road through Amboy is called National Trails hw.
