Basque food for a single diner

I'll soon be traveling thru Bakersfield by myself on a weekday. I'd like to have lunch or dinner at a Basque restaurant. Which ones would be good for a party of one?

Just so you're aware, Basque food is usually served "family" style. You'll likely be seated with other diners at one long table.

The traditional option is Woolgrowers

Benji's in Rosedale is also popular
