I just returned from Barcelona on business and I stayed at the Punta Palma Resort/Hotel. It was a very nice hotel, all the amenities, pool, private beach, outside dining under the stars, poolside bar etc. The rooms were fairly nice, but older. Very safe Hotel, friendly staff, not much English spoken there, but I guess that is to be expected. A $5.00 taxi ride to the nearest shpooing area, Plaza Mayor. I paid $20,000 b's to get there from the airport.
