Where is the Simard Memorial?

While doing some geneology research, I discovered that a church moument was built to honor Noel Simard de Lombrette and others in 1948, on the church's 300th anniversary. I would like to know how to find it.

There is PDF document produced at Laval university of Quebec City about Pierre Simard and his son Noël Simard known as Lombrette. They arrived at Quebec from France in May 1657 and were given a piece of land within the present day Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré (a few kilometers east of Quebec City).

A plaque commemorating the two men's passage in the parish has been fixed on the outside wall of the church located to the left of the Ste-Anne basilica in 1957. It reads (my own unofficial translation):

"Pierre Simard and his son Noël arrived from Puymoyen near Angoulème three centuries ago and established themselves in this parish of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré".

In 1680, Noël acquires a piece of land at Cap Maillard within the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François near Baie-Saint-Paul. He will raise his family there until his death in 1715.

There is a monument beside the Baie-Saint-Paul Cultural Centre that commemorates the founders of Baie-Saint-Paul: Pierre-Paul Gagnon, Noël Simard and Pierre Tremblay.

There was also a third plaque at the location of Noël Simard's farm at Cap Maillard. Unfortunately this plaque has disappeard and was not replaced.

You may access the Laval university document at …ulaval.ca/Quebec/Coups/traces_Pierre.pdf. It is in French only.
