Hi there

There are many many front line Hotels in varying resorts, can you give us an idea of where you'd like to stay? If you do have mobility problems, would a shorter transfer journey from the Airport be welcome?

ALL of Fuengirola is very flat and easily walked. As is La Carihuela area of Torremolinos and the marina area of Benalmadena. Benalmadena is quite hilly away from the coastal strip and Torremolinos town is on hill, lift access available. All three resorts have good public transport links.

I would look at the Florida Spa Hotel in Fuengirola. The hotel is good and you can easily reach all parts of the town. If you go less than full board there are lots of restaurants nearby. The train station in Fuengirola is easily accessible and ideal for anyone with mobility problems (avoid Torremolinos, it´s station is the opposite). The bus station is in the middle of town, if a bit of a mess, so good access by train to all stations to Malaga and by bus to Marbella and further.

The florida spa and sister hotel the yaramar are both seafront. local area and promenade is flat for a fair few miles each way. ive stayed at both and they are very similar, rooms and food are good, clientele is of the older generation but no drunks or yobs. if you want to spend time at the hotel the yaramar has day and night entertainment, games in the day and acts at night. the florida has the indoor pool and spa, spa treatments are payable though. benalmadena is flat in the main part and down by the harbour but some hotels are on a hill as are some of the local attraction and paloma park. torremolinos seems flat but ive only walked along the seafront and one row back.

The Yaramar along the Paseo is another option http://goo.gl/maps/b9H3k

Depends on how far you want to walk. I had considered mentioning the Yaramar but it is good for Los Boliches bars etc although the station is up a very steep ramp or steps. It is a good deal longer if you want to get to Fuengirola though and i would guess most people do most days.

Thought the Florida Spa a much better answer to the question.

In that case any hotel in Fuengirola will do.The whole resort is on the flat. It gets hilly if you go inland from Torreblance or Carvajal but everywhere from the Torreblanca paseo to the Hotel Beatriz is on the flat and you have to go a long way inland before you start going up.
