can u tell me what types of wildlife there is and what u could see at camp sites?

Hi,

It depends on how remote your campsite is. There are bear, elk, white tail deer, bobcats, lots of birds......Camping in or near the National Forests would increase the likelihood of spotting a bear.

My husband spotted one last spring on the Kings River. They are very frightend of humans....but do a little research before venturing out in the woods.

We also have red fox and coyotes practically in our back yard.

I love wildlife!!

Black bears only - no Grizzlies in Arkansas. The black bears run away at the slightest sound.
