I haven't personally stayed at this Chalet or have information about them, but as far as isolation is concerned, what's not isolated in this area? - I mean, part of the great fun about Drake Bay area is the "isolation" in terms / comparison to bigger towns / locations in other parts of the country. You made me curious and I checked out their website and if its www.drakebayholiday.com it seemed very nice and well run.
No matter which hotel you stay in the ara, you will need to take a boat to Take you to Caño Blanco, and I dont think it will be that much more getting there from this Chalet. As far as Corcovado National Park, they will have to take you on a boat to the entrance at San Pedrillo, so you might want to check with them how long this boat drive takes.
In respect to the location Casa Corcovado Jungle Lodge has one of the best locations - you start your hike into the Park right from the lodge. No need to take a boat. In case you want to check them out their website is www.casacorcovado.com - Ive seen some good and some bad reviews about them here, but my personal experience with them was just excellent! Great service, food, and amenities in spite of their remoteness. They did a superb job.
Some other good hotels are in the bay area itself (just a couple of min away by boat ride from the airstrip) like Drake Bay Lodge, La Paloma Lodge, Aguila de OSa Inn, etc.
