Has anyone booked in Scottsdale on Hotwire?

Has anyone booked a 5 star resort on Hotwire? We are looking at 4 nights in March. One listed is in North Scottsdale. One mentioned is pet friendly. Does anyone know which resorts these might be?

I'm not familiar with Hotwire's maps and areas; if it's truly 5 star, though, it might be the Boulders or the Four Seasons, but the price would have to be pretty high in March, even bidding on Hotwire. There's a chance it could be the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, or the Scottsdale Princess. For more current bidding info, look at these websites:

Thank you. The prices are 317 and 270..regularly 529. This is my first trip to Scottsdale so I am not familiar with the hotels. The Boulders looked very nice online. I will look at the hotels and sites you provided. Thank you for your help.

Check this site. It has a list of potential hotels on hotwire and priceline.

(choose Arizona, then Phoenix, then you will see Scottsdale among the choices.)

Also lots of helpful information on bidding, etc.

Pet friendly makes me guess the Westin.... ? Not many resorts cater to the pups like they do :)

I'm curious which hotel she won, too. The Boulders and The Four Seasons are pet friendly as well; the FS doesn't charge for pets, although they must be under 30 pounds each. The Boulders does charge a cleaning fee, but they also offer amenities such as gourmet pet meals and photo sessions! ;)

Hotwire 5* North Scottsdale hotels have been:

Fairmont and Montelucia Resort

(additional resort fees are $25+)

Hotwire 5* Scottsdale hotels have been:

Phoenician and Royal Palms

(additional resort fees of $30 or so)
