We will be in Mesa over Easter. Does anyone have any ideas for a good spot to take the kids and in-laws for Easter brunch? Thanks

There are several of the buffet-type restaurants scattered around Mesa. Such as Golden Corral and others. If some Mesa folks don't answer about better alternatives, there is a Mimi's Cafe at the Fiesta Maill (S. Alma School Rd. and Southern Ave.). Mimi's Cafes take reservations for holiday brunches, have great food, and can handle large parties.

Arizona Golf Resort has an Easter Brunch. I've been there a few times. It's pretty good, though not in the same league as the Biltmore or the resorts in Scottsdale.

Supersitition Springs Golf Club used to have a brunch and they still might. It's a nice place.

You may want to see if the Dobson Ranch Inn, the Hilton East Phoenix / Mesa or the downtown Marriott (used to be Sheraton) have brunches. I would guess they do. All would probably be fairly high-quality.

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch. If they are not already booked it is worth the drive! http://www.thefarmatsouthmountain.com/
