Interesting place to stay near Kingman, AZ on a Tuesday.

From their website it looks as if the Mountain Resort at Hualapai is only open Wed thru Sun otherwise I would have tried there. I would prefer not to use a chain hotel in Kingmanunless I have to, althoughthey all look OK

It's called the Hualapai Mountain Resort. The "open Wed thru Sun" applies to the dining room not the rooms, it appears from the web site.

Grand Canyon Caverns, has some Rt 66 style rooms as well ...carracar
