Kia Orana, All...
I am back in the vacation spirit as my fiance and I leave for our Cook Islands vacation (wedding/honeymoon!) the end of December. All of your posts have been so helpful to follow since we booked LAST December!
We are staying at Etu Moana and Teresa and Jo-Anne have already been wonderful. From previous posts by Lord Balfour and Shully I know that we should stop by a grocery in Raro before heading out to Aitutaki. Any suggestions about what to pick up for meals in our villa? We're both pretty laid back when it comes to food and don't require a lot, but it would be great to get some ideas.
A couple of other Aitutaki questions....
Is Etu Moana on the sunset side of the island?
Which island night do you prefer?
Has anyone had a spa service (message) at Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa? We're wondering if we would be able to book there if we're not guests- it would be a perfect pre-wedding thing to do! I read about it in a CNN.com article.
Thanks so much for any info! I'll continue to surf the other posts as well. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it.... we leave in 41 days! (But who's counting?!) J
