Thanks to everyone here for all the great feedback and info on water, shoes and weather before my first trip to MA. Will be planning a half day in park and hiking and I'm wondering if the trail to catedral point (that I read was closed earlier this year) has been reopened?
Yes, the upgraded Cathedral Point trail is open and it is fantastic!! You will only need tennis shoes or teva type sandles anywhere in the park, as most all of the trails are in good condition and we are entering our drier season now. Be sure to take your camera! Enjoy!
