Reserving Activities Pre-trip necessary?

Can anyone tell me if booking tours/activities the day before or the day of will work? Not sure we want to commit to anything before we get there.

Depending on time of the year...but now days almost any day tours are wide open, and even you can try to bargain ...

Just buckle up and enjoy the ride in PARADISE!

Depends what time of year you're there. If you want to do Ecotermales in February, you need to make reservations months in advance. But, in the off-season you can be fairly flexible.

I agree - book Eco Termales in advance since they limit entry to 100 people. We met people on our trip that didn't book it ahead and couldn't get in. They serve a great chicken dinner there.

Do not book any activity before you get there. Wait till you check into your accommodations and see what deals they have. There is so much to choose from, different companies, different guides etc. These things also change often and you really should be sure of what you are doing and how you feel when you arrive.

It depends on when you go. I wouldn't wait til the day of, but if it's the slow season, you can get away with the day before. However, during the busy season, some boat tours really get filled up and also eco thermales gets filled up as well.

Hope this helps,
