Hi
We'll be travelling with a 20 month old baby and 3 adults. What would be the best way to get to and from Fraser Suites Top Glory Hotel from both airports in shanghai?
We'll have a small "umbrella" pram, 2 large suitcases, 1 medium and 1 small one.
We'll be arriving around 5pm in the evening.

"Best" is always taxis. Not sure about fitting all your luggage into one taxi though but I fail to see how 3 adults could 4 pieces of luggage and one baby in the subway especially during rush hour.
it got to take two taxi to fill in all 4 luggages and 3 adults with a baby.
another option is to get a mini van. It is cheaper than have two taxi.

Maglev n then metro is only possible if u can settle the luggage problem.,not easy.However the best is direct by taxi.See if it can squeeze n accomodate or else umay need two.
