Where can I sit and talk to a friend?

Friend is coming from LA. Haven't seen him in 40 years. I would like to sit and talk for a couple of hours. I work in Montgomery on Saturdays, but I don't know the city at all. I work out of an office near Atlanta Hwy and Eastern Blvd (231). There are a bunch of shopping centers near-by: East Plaza, Carol Villa, Eastmont. Faulkner U is not too far. Does anyone know of a nice, peaceful place where we can just sit and talk?

I'd recommend one of the following:

The Riverfront or Blount Cultural Park if the weather's nice

The Tipping Point in Hampstead

Starbucks on Atlanta Highway
