Has anyone made this drive? We're going to attempt to make it to Ometepe after landing in Managua at 12:00 pm. Is this doable, assuming we have to make a ferry at a decent hour?

Last ferry to Ometepe from S Jorge leaves at 17:30 during weekdays. Managua to S Jorge should not take you more than 3 hours by car so you should have time. Just make sure to reserve your spot calling ferry operator Milton Arcia at 2788190 (don't know if they offer english speaking service..). Good luck!
