The fun way would be by Maglev train from the airport (8mins and 50rmb each) then a taxi from the station to the hotel. Depending on traffic the taxi ride would be about 20mins I guess (you may have to wait in line for a taxi).You could do it as quickly by Maglev/metro but that means hauling all your luggage on and off the metro and then to your hotel.

Take maglve train with your airplane ticket, you will get 10RMB off

when you arrive LongYang Subway station, take subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road

Definitely airport shuttle Hotel Line C from Pudong airport right to your hotel's doorstep. 30 RMB each for the ride. However I'm not sure if you'll be in time to catch the 1900 departure; the next departure would be at 2045.

Catch a nO.2 bus from the airport "about" 20rmb, then a taxi from its final destination about 15 rmb.

Have the hotel name written in Chinese Characters for the taxi.

Catch the Maglev 50 rmb per person, then a taxi about 30 Rmb.

I hope they do not give you a hotel room beside the lift and the housekeeping vault, the lobby of this hotel is like a bus station, the food in the restaurants is very ordinary and overpriced, so escape Nanjing Road and go to Xintandi to eat atleast once.
