A walking tour by Carlos Celdran is highly recommended.

Manila Bay cruises are done by Prestige Cruises and Sun Cruises.

I would no longer recommend Carlos Celdran given recent alleged events. I hope that a competitor emerges who can deliver similar walking tours.

'Good' cruises of Manila Bay are hard to come by. There is one operator who offers a buffet and a choice of three afternoon or early evening departures, but as TA member tommomelbourne may attest, the operation does not get great reviews from the food angle.

We had Ivan Dy of Old Manila Walks take some of our overseas guests and they had pretty good experiences. http://www.oldmanilawalks.com

I just read the article regarding Carlos Celdran.

It is an absolute shame that some countries and some people still live in archaic times, where freedom of speech and demonstration are not allowed. I for one would certainly go on a Celdran tour, even more so, now that he had the courage to speak up and think for himself.

I for one do not want the religious right dictating how I or my family live my life, and force their beliefs on me or anyone else.

Carlos good for you, I do hope things work out for you
