I live in Boquete, Panama and it is nice to see Boquete Mountain Safari listed in this forum. The buzz around town is that they are professional and the tour guides are a lot of fun. Many of my visiting friends have taken a tour with them and were very impressed. They seem to know just where to go and find the wildlife on the hiking trips.

What more is there to write? I spent 6 days in Panama. At the time I planned my trip, I was unaware that an excursion to Boquete was a plane ride away. The $200 ticket from PC to Boquete was more than my ticket from FLL. However, it was well worth the trip. I wasn't too impressed with PC and didn't think I'd ever come back to Panama. However, my experience in Boquete, particularly the Yellow Jeep Tour, was well worth the trip and expense. I loved Boquete, and John was an amazing tour guide. Since I travelled alone, this tour was less expensive than some of the tours in PTY which ran between $115-$150. The mountain scenery was absolutely breathtaking. John and Rolando were jovial and an absolute pleasure.
