Does anyone have an email address for Patrick ? Does he generally respond ?

Planning ahead of a trip to Penang in Augist so just want to ask a few q's about products.

They do check their emails and answer, though sometimes it can take a few days, particularly if the store is very busy, so do be patient.

There are many other things to do in Penang. Have a look at my reviews. Granted I live here now, so my perspectives are shifting towards the locals'.

While I cannot relate to some of the TA's excitement for the services recommended, I am always happy to see when needs are being met!

So I do hope you find something attractive about Penang some time!

Of course, I am sure we all enjoy many of the wonderful attractions Penang has to offer.

Just a thought - maybe Holidays70s heading should have been "If you can't read this, you should see Patrick". Great advice and with so many endorsements I'll be going to see Patrick next visit and hopefully see him better afterwards. It's articles like this that make TA a go to site when travelling

Thanks to 'tripadvisor.com.au' we got to hear about Patrick's Vision First in Penang.

We visited Patrick last month during a holiday in Penang where my wife and I ordered new glasses (both reading & sunglasses).

Patrick and his staff were fantastic and his attention to detail wherein he made sure the glasses fitted correctly was admirable.

Overall, the service, product quality and price were much better than we have been able achieve here at home.

Thanks Patrick, Thivian & all the staff at Vision First for the great service as well as the lovely carrot cake we were given.
