1. Re: weather

Hi there,

Malaysia has a tropical climate with year-round high humidity and temperatures ranging from 27°C to 35°C. Kuantan & Terengganu state esp, on the East Coast, follows this but the Northeast Monsoon from November till January affects the humidity levels.

During this time, it may rain heavily every other day esp in the evening with thunderstorms. At other times, however, Kuantan as well as other places along the East Coast are bright and sunny, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

As long as you are not going to the island such as Tioman or Perhentian, it should be just fine to stay along the coastal line as Cherating is ;)
