I think you mean Lawson, a chain of convenience stores. They are all over Japan. You could certainly ask at the front desk of your hotel, and they could point you to the nearest one. You could also look up your hotel's address on www.diddlefinger.com and look for a little blue logo (the Lawson logo) nearby. Even easier, enter the name of your hotel in google.com and then hit the link to maps and look for the Lawson logo. To see the logo, go to google and enter Lawson Japan, then hit the link for images.
