The 2 places labelled on the map at the bottom of the street that the Disney store is on are DoCoMo Shop (Mobile phones) on the left and Marui (Clothing I think) on the right.

I don't know the name of the street. but if you take the Hachiko exit of JR Shibuya Station and cross the big zebra crossing towards the gaint TV, you will reach an uphill street, I think it is the same direction to NHK ( there's a NHK sign posted on the street ),go up the hill and the Disney Store is on your left and the McDonald and KFC on your right. It is not far away from the station, but I'm sure it is on an uphill street.
