This hotel has a website for specifics. Google it. I enjoyed Sendai. It is gorgeous in the spring.

Kokusai Hotel is a big modern, efficient hotel about 10 minuteswalk from the station and fish market - I can recommend smaller, more personal guest houses if that's what you're looking for.
