Have just come back from Hilton RAK today. We didnt stay in a beach villa, mainly Germans! They did look very nice thou, over looking the beach. Restaurants and bars close by. Pack plenty of sun cream its very hot there now.

We will stay at a beach villa next october; we saw them being built last december and the whole complex does look great !! Looking forward to our stay.

Oh, and one last thing: there are also hotels that we would not recommand but NOT because of the nationality of its guests... If Germans stay at that Hilton resort you can be sure it is of high standard.

We stayed at the Hilton RAK last year and had a nice relaxing time, are you all inclusive? We stayed B & B and wished we had booked A.I. The shopping centre up the road (70p taxi ride) had usual McDonalds, KFC, Pizza and 2 or 3 Indian eating places. The hotel itself is brilliant, they couldn't do enough for you and the beach resort was excellent. The villas were being built when we there and looked nice. We are going to Dubai this year on Jumeriah Beach as there is more to do, would like to go back to Hilton RAK when building work finished. Hope you have a nice time.

Just back from a week at the Resort and Spa.

Had a WONDERFUL time, could not fault it. We went to the Hilton Hotel one night for dinner, and were really glad we had not chosen to stay there. The resort is far better.

Very hot in late July. The temp is in the mid to hight forties, but the sea as a consequence is really pleasant.

Would recommend it without reservation.
