You dont say where you are staying

Well your closer to the park then

I would wait to see other comments

Personally if i was going, i would do it on my own from the hotel

Get a taxi 9if there is a group going. pay at the gate .

You are restricted to schedules with tour companies.

GETTING TO FRIGUIRA PARK ZOO:

Bir Bourerba train station is outside Hammamet town centre. A train from there would take you within 200 m of the park. However, as you will not be familiar with timetables and connections, and also with a children in tow I wouldn't recommend this option. The alternative is to take a taxi from outside your hotel. The fare is about 30 to 40 Tunisian Dinars (Equivalent to £15 - £20) one way. You can negotiate with the same drive to pick you up from the park back to your hotel for a reduce fare!!!

Look out in your hotel for someone with children who may want to go the Park at the same time as you. You can then offer to share the taxi fare with them.

ENTRANCE FEES TO THE PARK:

Adult: 7 Dinars

Child: 4 Dinars

SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS:

It would cost around 75 Dinars (£35 - 40) for 1 hour for one person depending on the demand. It is highly recommendable that you book few days in advance, There only 3 or 4 swimming sessions per day, and they tend to get booked quickly, especially during high season. September would be no exception.

Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to swim with the dolphin by themselves.

I hope this is of some help.

Also speak to your travel insurers. You may need to enhance the cover.
