too many to mention., besides bars you also have good restaurants, to go drink in, try la fiesta, cap azur, shakespeare, steak house, malibu, black and white, condor restaurant, hotel hamilton, emira hotel, sinbad hotel, (very nice, but expensive), hotel citronnier(really nice place and cheap) these places you can drink without ordering food.

Hope this helps

+1 for Les Citronniers. Great value hotel too. Excellent meals, 3 courses for TD12 (TD10 if you're staying there. Cheap bar too. A lot of holidaymakers from some of the big hotels go there for a drink because it's got a bit of atmosphere about it.

There's also a cheap bar in La Residence Hammamet, a couple of hundred yards from the Medina, on Ave habib Bourguiba...

Thanks - we were thinking of meeting at the Medina so anywhere around there is good for us.

Will probably not go for a meal, just drinks! :-))

Great information khal and Lancaster lad we are going to yasmine in 15 days as our hotel has no evening entertainment we want to venture out. You've both given us a good choice.

Thanx

Thanks for the info Lancaster and Khal. I have booked a holiday in Hammamet in mid September for a group of 6 people. None of us have been to Tunisia before, so we are looking for any advice on good lively bars and clubs to check out.

We are a mixed group of single 30 year old, so its going to be an adventure I hope. Any advice would be appreciated.
