First time visit on the 2,3,4 of Feb. Need help on the hotel

Hey guys,
great place and helpful ppl here in the forum.
two of us are visiting batam for the first time for 3d2n on 2,3,4 of Feb.
we love to try all the stuff you guys have recommended, like the massage, food and shopping mall.
i would need your help on the recommendation on the choice of hotel.
prefer to have great location with beach.
is it that conveinient location will never be along beach?
my budget is S$100 per night for double.
last checked, harmoni seemed to be fully booked during that period.
at the same time, i would love to have a local guide to show us around on the 3rd and 4th.
