Glacier grey boat trip

Hello, We will be in Patagonia for 5 days in January 4th,arriving to Punta Arenas,. On our 1st day we will see the penguins. The next day we will drive to Puerto Natales, and from there we would love to have a trip to the glacier. We then would need to return after seeing a glacier to Puerto Natales for the night. On day 3 we will drive to TDP and stay at the park for 2 days and do daily hikes.

Can someone please help me finding a boat that would take us to the glacier. Where can I find the schedule? Do I need to book advance? Would it make sense to see a glacier during the days when we are already in the park? Then what should we do with our day in Puerto Natales? Thank you

You get the boat to Grey glacier from within the Torres del Paine park. You need to book. Make sure you know where you have to get to for the boat from where you are staying.

You can also hike along the edge of the lake for views of the glacier.

Thank you dancingmolly! We are staying at Echocamp, how far is it from the startpoint? We will have a car and thinking of doing the afternoon tour on our last day.

EcoCamp is 1.45 hours driving from Hostería Lago Grey where the boat leaves from. Leave a bit of spare time so you can stop at the viewpoints en route! Ask the staff at EcoCamp for directions.
